Rhoda Miller saved the day! In early 2020 the Town of Elkton, VA embarked on a renovation of our 180 year old Town Hall building, “The Jennings House”. The building is the centerpiece historic jewel of Elkton and the surrounding area. As we reached the end point of the renovation, one area that we were unable to come to consensus on was interior paint and trim colors. We wanted something historic enough to complement the architecture and design of the home, yet modern enough to make it livable and workable for our residents and staff. We engaged Rhoda to help us find what we were looking for. After a site visit of the home and some quick research, Rhoda presented us with several options. The color combinations were completely outside of what we could have imagined, and were exactly what we were looking for. Now, with a finished project which has been featured and recognized throughout our area, we couldn’t be more happy.
